- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required
- Remove personal items or valuables from the work zone
Handy House Service is not responsible for damage to items that were not removed from the immediate work area.
5. Permits and Compliance
For projects requiring permits, the responsibility for obtaining permits will be clarified in writing before work begins.
All work will be performed in accordance with applicable local regulations to the best of our knowledge.
6. Warranty and Limitations
We stand behind our workmanship. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of project completion.
This limited workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Manufacturer defects in materials supplied by third parties
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
